Meet our founder
Juliana Queiroz
Juliana is a Mechanical Engineer. She holds an MBA and is Master-certified in Automotive Engineering.
She lived in 7 different countries and managed diverse teams throughout Australia, Europe and South America.
After 20 years working for listed industrial companies,
Juliana realized that the best part of her career was when she understood the purpose of her job,
when she progressed with autonomy,
and finally when she felt connected with others (not so easy for a woman in a man's world!).
Why was it not like that all the time?
The answer finally came to her in Culture Management and Collective Intelligence techniques.
As a result, she decided to help leaders create a workplace where people want to work, stay and progress.
Where they feel safe and comfortable.
Where they understand their value and contribute to create impact.
She fundamentally believes that everyone can find joy and happiness at work, and when they do, they can perform even better creating more value.
